Back to the old grindstone today.  I  took last Friday off work to finish the fall leaf raking/mulching, which took all day. It was going so well I decided to clean out the gutters. I found a decent tenant for 1 side of my brick double rental house and last night we signed the lease and he gave me the rent/deposit in a money order which I appreciated.  And apparently he knows somebody that might be interested in renting the other side.  His rent payment pays nearly 95% of the mortgage payment, so I will soon ( Read more... )
